We want you to be totally satisfied with your Monti&Me product. If there is a major problem with your Playkit, please reach out to hello@montiandme.com.au with your name, order number and details. Due to baby safety/hygiene we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

COVID-19 Update - Sendle will be practicing 'Contactless Deliveries' if you do not authorise for your playkit being left in a safe place please let us know at checkout.

If you're not home and do not provide authority to leave consent the delivery driver will leave you a card with your redelivery options.

You’ll have 5 business days to collect the item before it’s returned to us. Additional charges may apply for reposting or restocking fees.

Yes! Our wooden toys are hand-crafted in China and Thailand from FSC Certified wood, using baby-safe non-toxic paint and finishes. Each Playkit has been tested to ensure the toys and tools are age-appropriate, engaging, and universally appealing.

Monti&Me Playkits are thoughtfully crafted based on the NIDO Montessori curriculum taught in infant and toddler classrooms around the world. The Playguides have been co-created with AMI-certified Montessori child educators.

Additionally, each Playkit has been rigorously tested with babies and parents to ensure the toys and tools are age-appropriate, engaging, and universally appealing.

Each Monti&Me Playkit is based on the accredited NIDO 0 – 3 Montessori curriculum that is used in pre-schools and early childhood education centres around the world. Each Playkit offers the appropriate level of challenge for each stage of development. 

The information and inspiration inside the Playguides is co-created with AMI-certified Montessori child educators.

While the toys in each Playkit are introduced over a three month period, your baby will continue to benefit for months and even years to come. These Montessori toys are designed to grow with your child, presenting new challenges as she develops. Our Playguides provide ideas on rotating toys to keep your little one engaged and stimulated.

We’re looking to expand to a Subscription Box model in the future but for now, you’ll need to order each Playkit separately. If you’re wanting to add Monti&Me Playkits to your Baby Shower wish list, we recommend our gift card range.

We are unable to sell the toys individually. We have curated these playkits to take to make it quick and easy for you to purchase all you need for your baby at a particular development stage. Bringing you convenience and more time to spent being present with your family.
